Kendra uses Spiritual healing through water fasting for 41, 21, or less days depending on individual health conditions. She has personally been healed on her own spiritual journey during both 41 & 21 day fasts. The Drs. Thought she had epilepsy. She was on a daily dose of topiramate for years to help her with her episodes. She was on antidepressants. NOW she is off all medications and 100 percent healed through the Power of Spiritual
Fasting, Yoga, and Meditation. Water fasting is a Cure-All because it is the only way for your body to rebuild your stem cells and every organ in your body from the inside out. Kendra wants everyone to know that after the 1st week of fasting it gets easier. She did not feel hungry at all and was not interested in food even with people eating around her because the Holy Spirit was working deep inside her body making everything new.
Over the years Kendra has taught sailing, ⛵️ Swimming, Box aerobics, water aerobics, triathlete stroke improvement classes, Fitness swimming classes and was the Ships captain of a 103 foot tall ship named The Nina II Santa Clara, she sailed the ship in the Cayman Islands 🇰🇾 as well as La Ceiba which is a Caribbean port city in northern Honduras. It’s the gateway to the Bay Islands of Roatán, Útila and Guanaja. Growing up as a child her two favorite magazines were National Geographic and islands magazine. Kendra has her PADI Divemaster certification and has visited or lived on almost every island in the Caribbean over the years.
Kendra’s passion is Holy Spiritual fasting & seeing the healing take place in her clients. She has gathered a team of Doctors, professionals, Spiritualists, and more to help you in your personal journey to total body healing.
